World Café party on Saturday 26 November 2011 from 6.30pm to 8.30pm is planned and presented by Adelaide Peak Oil Community Network, a community group of Sustainable Communities SA.
A meeting like no other – it feels like a party with the focus on conversation. People sit in small groups of 4 at cafe tables that shift and change for the conversations. We are invited to talk about those things that matter to us in our rapidly changing world. It could be Climate Change, food security (as bigger issues) or topics such as fewer cars in the city, how to get better public transport, Zebra crossings, more community gardens and orchards in the Parklands. The things that the group choose to discuss are endless! This is an opportunity to meet new people and discuss new ideas.
Bring some nibbles to share. The venue is Adelaide South West Community Centre, 171 Sturt Street, Adelaide. Hope to see people there!

Today, I went to the beachfront with my kids. I found a sea shell
and gave it to my 4 year old daughter and said “You can hear the ocean if you put this to your ear.”
She put the shell to her ear and screamed. There was a hermit
crab inside and it pinched her ear. She never wants to go back!
LoL I know this is completely off topic but I had to tell someone!
